The anesthesia protector 100% lead-free (patent pending) is a newly developed product in close collaboration with several hospitals. The product primarily provides protection for the nurse anesthetist when participating in operations and examinations where x-rays are used. Simultaneously reduces the use of heavy protective clothing and simultaneously increases freedom of movement for the Anesthetist and other personnel.

Anesthesia protector:
The anesthetic protector provides protection primarily for the nurse anesthetist when participating in operations and examinations where x-rays are used. All personnel must wear heavy X-ray protection equipment, e.g., overalls, jackets, and aprons.
The anesthesia protector reduces the use of heavy protective clothing and at the same time increases freedom of movement for the anesthesia nurse and other personnel.
During X-ray operations, X-rays are reflected both above and below the patient. To counter this, screen walls, both stationary and mobile, have been developed. This is often associated with major preparations and cleaning and checking of protective suits. Most shielding contains lead and must be disposed of as hazardous waste.
The anesthesia protector is a molded whole in an environmentally friendly lead-free compound, which provides the same protection as lead mixtures and is also lighter.
The anesthesia protector protects both the upper and lower body. An acrylic plate is mounted at right angles to the protective plate. The acrylic sheet is placed under the operating mattress and thereby ensures stability in the fully cast bed, which is perpendicular to the operating bed.
In the compound plate, there are 4 cutouts at the top, so that the protector also acts as a holder for anesthesia hoses and makes traditional hose holders redundant.
Use of the anesthesia shield provides an unprecedented degree of flexibility in X-ray examinations.
About us:
Neto Medico was founded by Willy Nielsen with a focus on x-ray and x-ray protection. A new group of owners took over the company in 2015 and have since worked purposefully to develop existing products with a focus on optimal protection as well as secure environmentally friendly products. The product range has been expanded in 2023 with a new patent-pending product for the protection of personnel, especially the nurse anesthetist during X-ray operations and examinations.
